The baking chambers are heated by independent armoured heating
elements located between ceiling and floor, are perfectly air-tight
and clad with material providing high heat insulation. The front section
of the chamber can be adjusted.
Independent vaporisers are provided for each camera, fed by suitable
armoured heating elements supplying a high quantity of vapour
throughout the chamber.
Power control: The central control unit is equipped with a device (standard supply) enabling
the oven to operate at 50% of the heating elements’ total capacity. However control of up to
100% is possible for heating the oven or the chamber rapidly.
Power distribution: Provides automatic temperature control to ensure management of heat distribution
in all zones of the chamber. The capacity of the heating elements can be controlled
independently between ceiling and floor and between the oven front area and the rest of the
chamber.
Vapour control: Activation and temperature of each vaporiser can be controlled, and the relevant
value is shown on the panel displays. Further, supply time can be controlled by displays and
push-buttons to increase or reduce time settings in seconds.
Baking time: Baking time can be set for each chamber, and a buzzer and light indicate cycle
end. The display shows remaining baking time.. |
