Electronic control panel and second electromechanical control for manual working. As optional the oven can be delivered with computer LCD control panle for the automatic baking of 100 recipes. SP Nove can be equipped with a electric deck placed between the oven and the proofer (or support) in order to make this oven more suitable for the production of all kind of pastry. The proofer is equipped with steamer and heater, automatic controlled.
