The VapoReal oven represents the optimal realization for bread baking combining long years experience with state of the art solutions in this field. Only the very best material and components have been selected for manufacturing these units; they warrant a particularly rugged construction and a strong thermal mass for an high saving expenses.

1) Radiant elements manufactured in Mannesman stainless steel pipes, cold-drawn, diameter of 27mm and 4mm of thickness.
2) Control panel that includes a device for the thermoregulation and for the baking time. In case of breakdown it’s foreseen a reserve thermostat. It can be included on the right or on the left pillar.
3) Furnace and fumes channels built in high refractory stonework.
4) Front bed easily removable for an easy and fast maintenance of the steamers or of the burner.
