1) Radiant elements manufactured in Mannesman stainless steel pipes, cold-drawn, diameter of 27mm and 4mm of thickness.

2) Control panel that includes a device for the thermoregulation and for the baking time. In case of breakdown it’s foreseen a reserve thermostat. It can be included on the right or on the left pillar.

3) Furnace and fumes channels built in high refractory stonework.

4) Front bed easily removable for an easy and fast maintenance of the steamers or of the burner.
