- Internal construction entirely in stainless steel, heat exchanger placed above the chamber and ventilation made with two impellers to obtain high thermal efficiency.
- Extremely compact oven dimensions and the possibility of placing multiple ovens side by side as maintenance can be carried out from the front side of the oven.
- Powerful and efficient steamer with three water inlet points, positioned in the middle of the air flow, allows continuous vaporization even at short intervals. All elements can be easily dismantled from the inside to be cleaned or replaced quickly.
- External facade in AISI 304 steel for maximum guarantee of durability. Triple thickness insulation of rock wool mats and stainless steel perimeter panels.
- Lower platform with ball coupling as standard, possibility on request to use trolleys with upper coupling. Automatic steam exhaust valve as standard.
- Upon request, the oven can be equipped with a rear smoke exit instead of a top one.
- Optional ‘Touch’ control panel with 7″ color LCD display and capacitive touch screen with the possibility to insert cooking programs and automatic ignitions, furthermore on request the ventilation can be modulated and programmed via inverter.
The Boss range also includes the Panorama model: it is the ideal version for laboratories or shopping centers and allows customers to have a privileged view of the cooking in progress while keeping the laboratory away from prying eyes.

All the parts that require maintenance are located in the front part and are easily accessible, you can place several ovens side by side and place them against the wall without having to waste unnecessary space.
