The S elevators have been designed to assist loading and unloading of Real ovens, and feature practicality that exceeds other comparable systems available on the market. These feature a counterweight that is set in the factory to suit the oven they will be used with.

All our ovens are designed for use with the S elevators, which can also be fitted subsequent to installation. This is why these devices make other more complex motor-driven loading systems redundant, systems that moreover are less reliable and not as safe.

In addition, moving the elevator to the fully raised position frees up space in the bakery, thus simplifying manual unloading or any maintenance operations.

The elevators are suitable for use with the setters supplied, moving the bread manually form the proofing support. If wooden tables are used for proofing, optional support shelves for two tables are available.

To make bread transfer even faster, compact “transpat” setters can be used, allowing just one operator to quickly load the oven alone. These setters can also be supplied in the “drop-down” version to turn the product over from the proofing position.
