Installation of 6 ovens mod. Boss 60.80, positioned side by side in series.The customer maintained the previous number of ovens, but gained a lot of space, as it was possible to position all the ovens a few cm from the back wall.
In the Boss oven, all the components that require maintenance such as the burner, extractor and electrical panel are positioned on the facade and easily accessible, making series positioning possible.
The space gain was notable, corresponding to the green colored area visible in the photo and the production volume remained unchanged.
