STONE represents the best of the ElettroReal family, designed to emulate the ancient stone ovens thanks to the special construction of the decks, completely lined with refractory material. Higher thermal inertia and good steam tightness ensure significant temperature stability even with large-sized products, cold dough or high baking temperatures.
