Steam tube oven with single Ø27 tube for the top and bottom, with triple lower smoke pass made of refractory bricks and steel. Without concrete pouring and superior for greater elasticity and economy of operation.

• Front furnace on the right for the installation of a gas or oil burner and smoke exhaust on the rear left with manual closing shutter.
• Mouth with removable lever doors made of 304 stainless steel with lamps for lighting the cooking chambers, front part in 304 stainless steel with reinforced bench and removable lower doors.
• Height of baking chambers for 4 and 5 chamber ovens 20 cm.
• Steamers inserted in the lower part of the oven directly above the smoke channels, as an option it is possible to add additional steamers on the right side of each baking chamber.
• Control panel with temperature control, baking time, steaming with non-timed solenoid valves, hood extraction and room lights.
• Exhaust hood with removable grille and steam exhaust rods.

Light series annular tube steam oven
